The Royal Wedding and what a fantastic day it was!

We at Wheelers Luxury Gifts closed the store on Friday the 29th April, so all the staff could have the day off to watch the Royal Wedding and what a fantastic day it was. The weather held as millions took to the streets of London to watch the happy couple get married.

We returned to work today on the 3rd of May to find our site swamped with Royal Wedding commemorative souvenir orders from enthusiasts wanting a quality collectable gift to celebrate this historic event.

With this unexpected high demand we have temporally sold out of the Royal Crown Derby Octagonal plate (Limited Edition), but do not worry as we have more on order and they should be with us in about three weeks time. The Royal Crown Derby has produced this stunning octagonal plate designed by June Branscombe. Adorned at the edges in cobalt blue and overlaid in gold are acorns from the great oak tree, representing longevity along with the instantly recognizable three feathers. Displayed in the center are the ornately intertwined initials of Catherine and William. A truly beautiful commemorative piece.
